1989年,我们合肥市淮三小在抓教学常规管理的同时,就开始抓课堂教学结构的改革,提出了“主攻课堂,改进教法,向40分钟要质量”的明确目标,要求老师们做到:严谨治学,认真备课,传授知识准确无误,优化课堂教学,形成自学、精讲、多练的课堂特色。在教学管理上,学校抓住备课、上课、作业批改、辅导、考试五个环节,制定了《教学质量管理工作规范》,提出了具体的规范化要求。
