目的 介绍三叶肽在胃肠道溃疡预防和治疗中的作用。方法 对三叶肽的结构、分布、生理作用和机制 ,以及与胃肠道溃疡的关系作综述。结果 三叶肽可与黏液糖蛋白相互作用形成黏液胶样层 ,增强胃肠道黏膜的保护能力 ;通过调节细胞迁移 ,进行黏膜损伤后的修复 ;并具有抗增殖、抗凋亡作用。三叶肽在胃肠道溃疡病中表达异常。在胃肠道溃疡周围存在溃疡相关细胞系 (UACL) ,UACL可产生新细胞迁移到溃疡表面 ,促进溃疡修复 ,并表达三叶肽等。在动物实验性胃溃疡前后应用三叶肽 ,可保护或减轻黏膜损伤和促进损伤黏膜的修复。结论 三叶肽为胃肠道溃疡的预防和治疗提供了一个新途径。
Objective To introduce the role of trefoil peptide in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer. Methods The structure, distribution, physiological role and mechanism of trefoil peptide and its relationship with gastrointestinal ulcer were reviewed. Results The trefoil peptide interacted with mucin glycoprotein to form mucoid layer and enhance the protective ability of gastrointestinal mucosa. After the cell migration, the trefoil peptide repaired mucosa injury and had the anti-proliferation and anti-apoptotic effects. Trefoil peptide is abnormally expressed in gastrointestinal ulcer disease. Ulcer-associated cell lines (UACLs) exist around gastrointestinal ulcers and UACLs produce new cells that migrate to the ulcer surface, promote ulcer repair, and express trefoil peptide. The application of trefoil peptide before and after the experimental gastric ulcer in animals can protect or reduce mucosal damage and promote the repair of injured mucosa. Conclusion Trefoil peptide provides a new way for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer.
