本文就IL-1在生殖调节中的重要作用做一文献综述。众多研究表明:IL-1在非孕及受孕动物及人的子宫内膜均有表达,在分泌期增加;在正常月经周期的黄体期增加;卵泡液中检测到IL-1的比例较血清中检测到的比例大提示了IL-1的卵巢源性;IL-1可以促进卵泡发育及成熟,诱发排卵,参与受精过程,促进胚胎发育,参与胚胎着床和妊娠。IL-1的生物学作用和类固醇激素如孕激素、黄体生成激素关系密切并受多种细胞因子的调节。细胞因子间相互调节的机制是目前面临的新问题。
This article reviews the important role of IL-1 in reproductive regulation.
