研究小麦籽粒品质性状的亲子相关表明:在 F_1代和 F_2代,籽粒蛋白质含量及干、湿面筋含量与中亲值和低亲值均呈显著或极显著正相关。Zeleny 沉淀值在 F_1代与高亲值、中亲值及低亲值的正样关均不显著,在 F_2代,与高亲值和中亲值呈极显著正相关。F_2对 F_1仅仅干面筋含量呈极显著正相关。F_3家系对 F_2单株除湿面筋含量外,籽粒蛋白质含量、Zeleny 沉淀值和干面筋含量在多数组合中呈显著或极显著正相关。小麦籽粒品质性状的遗传力因材料和方法而异。表现为中等偏上,其排列顺序为:籽粒蛋白质含量>面筋含量>Zeleny 沉淀值。小麦籽粒品质性状在 F_2分离群体和 F_3混合群体的遗传表现基本一致,呈连续性分布,且存在超亲分离现象。籽粒蛋白质含量和干、湿面筋含量以偏低亲和近中亲分布为主,Zeleny 沉淀值以偏高亲和超高亲分布为主。
Parent-to-child correlation of grain quality traits in wheat showed that there was a significant or very significant positive correlation between grain protein content and dry and wet gluten content in both F 1 and F 2 generations. The Zeleny sedimentation value was not significant in the F_1 generation with high, medium and low progenies, and was significantly and positively correlated with high and medium progenies in F_2 generation. There was a significant positive correlation between F_2 and dry gluten content of F_1 only. In F_3 pedigree, except for the dehumidifying gluten content of F_2, grain protein content, Zeleny sedimentation value and dry gluten content were significantly or very significantly positive correlation in most combinations. The heritability of wheat grain quality traits varies by material and method. The performance of the medium upper, the order of arrangement: grain protein content> gluten content> Zeleny sedimentation value. The genetic characteristics of grain quality traits in F 2 segregating population and F 3 mixed population were basically the same, showing a continuous distribution and the phenomenon of super-progeny segregation. The content of grain protein and dry and wet gluten content were mainly low-affinity and near-mid-pro-progenies, Zeleny sedimentation values were mainly high-affinity and ultra-high pro-parents.
