随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,不管是居民住房还是道路、桥梁的建设,都给建筑行业带来了机遇与挑战。机遇就是有更多的工程,挑战就是建筑企业越来越多,所以如何在激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大,是每一个建筑企业管理者密切关心的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相关的途径,希望通过这些途径可以改善建筑企业的现状。 With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, both the residential building and roads and the construction of bridges have brought opportunities and challenges to the construction industry. Opportunity is more engineering, the challenge is more and more construction companies, so how to grow in the fierce competition in the market, is every building business managers are closely concerned about the issue. In response to these problems, this paper presents the relevant ways, I hope these ways can improve the status of construction enterprises.
