利用模拟养殖系统,在黄海水产研究所麦岛实验基地进行贝藻混养实验,选用栉孔扇贝(Chlamysfarreri)和海带(LaminariajaponicaAresch)作为研究对象,对其生态系中各生态因子在互利机制中的作用及其与对养殖效果的影响进行分析。在本实验条件(水温6~12℃,盐度32~33,光照1500~4500lx)下,各项作用因子对各养殖模式的影响从大到小依次为:营养条件综合指数、生活条件综合指数、环境条件综合指数、浮游植物可利用系数、浮游植物生产量、NH+4-N、DO;作用因子限制性较强的模式中影响力从大到小为:营养条件综合指数、生活条件综合指数、浮游植物生产量、环境条件综合指数、浮游植物可利用系数、NH+4-N、DO。
