目的研究眼底照相机外眼照相在斜视筛查中的应用及与临床医生检查的一致性。设计前瞻性比较性病例系列。研究对象北京同仁医院眼科屈光门诊年龄5岁以上的患者101例。方法采用眼底照相机照患者歪头照加九张眼位像,对所有图像由一位眼肌专业中级职称医生按照盲法原则独立进行判读,并与临床眼位诊断的结果进行一致性检验。主要指标Kappa值、敏感度、特异度。结果斜视临床诊断与医师对101例歪头照加九张眼位像诊断Kappa值为0.91,歪头照加九张眼位像在斜视诊断中的敏感度为98.6%、特异度100%、误诊率0%、漏诊率1.4%。ROC曲线下面积为0.993。结论眼底照相机外眼照相在斜视筛查中准确性好,可以在远程眼科诊疗中推广。
Objective To study the application of fundus camera in strabismus screening and its consistency with clinicians. Design prospective comparative case series. Subjects Beijing Tongren Hospital ophthalmic refractive clinics over the age of 5 patients 101 cases. Methods The fundus camera was used to treat patients with head tilt plus nine ocular images. All images were interpreted independently by a blind doctor according to the principle of blinded eyesight, and the results were consistent with the results of clinical ocular diagnosis.
