随着电力运行体制改革的深化,电力市场的逐步引入和发展,城网和农网改造任务的迫切需要,配电自动化工作也提到议事日程。配网自动化在国外已经进行了20余年,积累了不少经验。国际电工委员会(IEC)也已经正式出版了关于配电自动化技术要求及通信规约的标准。我国国标等同采用。我国这方面的工作还刚刚起步,许多问题尚处于探索阶段。为了提高对配电自动化的认识,本刊决定开辟“配电自动化讨论”专栏,对配电自动化及其相关问题进行讨论和交流,以期达到共识,促进我国配电自动化工作科学、健康地发展。欢迎从事配网工作的专家、学者和广大科技工作者积极参与,发表意见。讨论范围为:①以可靠性与经济性的配网规划;②影响运行安全与故障检出方式的接地方式;③自动化需要的一次设备接口;④保证供电可靠性的维护技术;⑤网络分析功能;⑥配网仿真;⑦配网设备管理;⑧客户服务;⑨配网管理应用平台技术SCADA/GIS;①0电能质量监视与改善措施。
With the deepening of the reform of the power operation system, the gradual introduction and development of the electricity market, the urgent need of the transformation of the urban network and rural power grids, and the distribution automation work, the agenda has also been mentioned.
