本文对30例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者及20例健康人的血浆巯基及丙二醛含量进行了测定,并应用电子自旋共振波谱技术分别在两组中各10例取血液标本进行自由基浓度测定。结果显示:CHF 患者血浆巯基含量显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),血浆丙二醛水平显著增加(P<0.01)。CHF 患者血液氧自由基浓度显著高于健康人(P<0.01)。表明 CHF 患者血液自由基水平增加,脂质过氧化反应增强,可能是 CHF 慢性心肌损害与心肌收缩性能下降相关因素之一。并对其作用机制作了初步探讨。
In this paper, 30 cases of congestive heart failure (CHF) and 20 healthy subjects plasma levels of sulfhydryl and malondialdehyde were measured and the application of electron spin resonance spectroscopy in the two groups of 10 cases of blood samples were taken for free Base concentration determination. The results showed that plasma thiol content in CHF patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (P <0.01), plasma MDA levels were significantly increased (P <0.01). The blood oxygen free radical concentration in CHF patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people (P <0.01). It is suggested that the increase of blood free radical level and the increase of lipid peroxidation in CHF patients may be one of the related factors of CHF myocardial damage and myocardial contractility. And its mechanism of action made a preliminary discussion.
