目的分析了解2007年-2013年北京市海淀区食品中铝的污染状况,为以后开展卫生监督监测工作和制定科学的标准提供数据支持。方法根据国家食品安全风险监测的要求,采用多级分层抽样的方法,在北京市海淀区大型超市、批发市场以及餐饮小吃店等地采集具有代表性的9类食品共448份。运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对样品进行铝的检测。结果经检测2007年-2013年的448份样本,铝的检出率为99.6%,超标率为35.7%,不同类别食品均有不同程度超标,其中以油条、油饼和海蜇超标尤为严重,超标率分别达到87.9%和100%。结论食品风险监测食品中铝污染严重,应当加强法律法规宣传,相关部门应加大执法力度,加强食品安全监督,并根据我国自身的情况制定适合自身国情的标准。
Objective To analyze and understand the status of aluminum contamination in foodstuffs in Haidian District of Beijing from 2007 to 2013 and provide data support for future monitoring and monitoring of health and scientific standards. Methods According to the requirements of national food safety risk monitoring, a total of 448 representative 9 kinds of foods were collected in large-scale supermarkets, wholesale markets, and snack bars in Haidian District of Beijing by multi-level stratified sampling. The samples were tested for aluminum using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry. Results The results showed that the detection rate of aluminum was 99.6% in 448 samples from 2007 to 2013. The exceeding standard rate was 35.7%. Different kinds of food were over-standard in varying degrees. Among them, the over-standard Reaching 87.9% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Food Risk Monitoring The aluminum pollution in food is serious, laws and regulations should be propagandized, relevant departments should step up their efforts in law enforcement, strengthen food safety supervision and make a standard suitable for their own national conditions according to China’s own conditions.
