道地药材是我国中医药文化的精品,是特定的生态环境、基因型和栽培措施长期相互作用的产物,不同地域的药材可能具有不同的医用效果,因此要保持道地药材的优势长久不衰,建立道地药材的鉴定方法具有十分重要的意义。基因芯片技术是20世纪90年代初新兴的分子生物学技术,该技术具有高通量、高度并行性、灵敏度高、特异性强等优点,目前已越来越多地应用于中药材道地性的研究。对目前应用基因芯片技术研究中药材道地性进行了综述。
Authentic herbal medicines are the essence of Chinese medicine culture in our country. They are the products of long-term interaction between specific ecological environment, genotypes and cultivation measures. Medicinal herbs in different regions may have different medical effects, so to maintain the advantages of authentic medicinal herbs , The establishment of authentic medicinal herbs identification method is of great significance. Gene chip technology is an emerging molecular biology technology in the early 1990’s. It has the advantages of high throughput, high degree of parallelism, high sensitivity and strong specificity. At present, it has been increasingly applied to the authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine Research. The current application of gene chip technology to study the authenticity of Chinese herbal medicines are reviewed.
