本文在采用普通热电偶和贯穿式热电偶对新135柴油机气缸盖温度分布进行详细测量的基础上,分析了主要结构因素和运转因素对气缸盖温度分布的影响,对其热负荷进行了分析和评定,明确影响局部热流量的主要因素,得出热流量公式q∝(G_T/A_P)~a(γ_O/γ_K)~b及其指数值α=0.8,b=0.26。还分析了冷却水侧面壁温度对气缸盖传热的影响。在柴油机突加突卸负荷时,测量气缸盖的温度变化,并在此基础上,进行了热应力计算和气缸盖低频热疲劳的基本估计。
