我们应用自体肋软骨球植入矫正眼球摘除后上睑内陷畸形共５例，收到满意疗效。本文介绍了手术适应证，手术方法。我们认为切取自体肋软骨，制成球状后植入眼窝内相当眼球位置的矫正方法，设计合理，疗效持久，是眼眶充填物的理想材料。
We applied autologous costal cartilage ball implantation correction of upper eyelid deformity after enucleation of a total of 5 cases, received satisfactory results. This article describes the surgical indications, surgical methods. We think that the correct method of long-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of the correct eye position after implantation of the costal cartilage and ball into the orbital socket is ideal for orbital filling.
