随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深化,市场竞争也日趋激烈,其中人才的竞争起到了重要作用。如何吸引人才、留住人才是民营企业的当务之急。而能否吸引人才、留住人才的关键又取决于民营企业能够建立一种什么样的薪酬体系。薪酬作为企业必须付出的人力成本,同时也是吸引和留住优秀人才的重要手段。良好的薪酬制度可以帮助企业更有效地吸引、保留和激励员工,从而起到增强企业竞争优势的作用;同时,薪酬也与组织中员工的利益密切相关。
With the further deepening of China’s economic restructuring, the market competition has become increasingly fierce, in which talent competition has played an important role. How to attract and retain talents is a top priority for private enterprises. The key to attracting talent and retaining talent depends on what kind of compensation system private-owned enterprises can establish. Pay as a business must pay the human cost, but also to attract and retain talented people an important means. A good salary system can help enterprises to attract, retain and motivate employees more efficiently, thus enhancing the competitive advantage of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the remuneration is also closely related to the employees’ interests in the organization.
