一、前言我国木材资源并不丰富,如何增加造纸原料的供应,以适应今后造纸工业发展的需要,确是急需解决的问题。根据我国情况,改善造纸木材原料不足的途径,有以下几个方面:1.大力营造速生丰产的造纸用材林,积极开展短轮伐期的林木培育工作,以及对其材质和利用的研究;提高单位面积纤维生产量和缩短采伐周期,这是一条最根本的途径。2.扩大造纸用材树种,特别是阔叶树材以及某些重要的灌木资源的利用。南方林区,树种繁多,而某些种类又难以单独供应,故应注意混合树种制浆造纸的研究。这在东北林区主要针、阔叶枝桠材材质及其制浆造纸研究中,已证实一些性质相似的林木混合制浆是完全可行的。如东北产的杨树(Populus spp.)、白桦(Betula platyphylla Suk.)、紫椴(Tilia amu-rensis Rupr.)、槭树(Acer mono Maxim.)、水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.)、榆木
