1 前言黄河下游河道整治工程通常采用柳石楼厢进占、柳石枕护根、外抛散石护坡的结构型式。这类结构具有施工简单、技术易掌握、可就地取材等优点。但这类传统结构易出险情,需经过长时间的靠溜考验,通过不断出险、反复抢护直至根石到达最大冲刷坑底部时才会稳定下来,给每年的防汛工作带来很大被动。为改变这种被动抢险局面,近年来,邙金局试验了多种新结构坝型:铰链模袋坝、透水桩坝、挤压块沉排坝,1998年5月又在马渡下延94坝采
