1981年7月16日～17日,在日本土崎工厂召开了内燃机车检修工作调查会,凡是担当内燃机车检修的工厂以及与检修工作有关的机车车辆管理室、管理所都派代表参加了会议。这次会议,主要调查了柴油机、液力传动箱、转向架的检修工作情况,讨论了防穴蚀、防活塞拉伤、防液力传动箱破损等以前未能解决的问题。会上各工厂互相交流了检修技术,推广了好的经验,以下将会议内容分三点介绍如下:
From July 16 to July 17, 1981, a survey meeting on overhaul of diesel locomotives was held at the Osaki factory in Japan. All the factories that took over the inspection of diesel locomotives and the locomotive and rolling stock management rooms and management institutes related to the overhaul work all sent representatives to attend the meeting. The meeting mainly investigated the overhaul work of diesel engines, hydraulic transmission boxes and bogies, and discussed problems that were previously unresolvable, such as anti-cavitation, anti-piston strain and fluid-proof transmission box damage. During the meeting, the factories exchanged the maintenance technologies with each other and promoted the good experiences. The content of the meeting is divided into three points as follows:
