运动员的力量素质是影响其成绩的决定性因素之一,拥有较好的力量素质是运动员创造优异成绩的重要基础。铁饼是一项集力量速度和技术于一体的项目,力量的大小对投掷成绩有直接影响,因此力量训练在铁饼运动员的身体素质训练中占有重要地位。力量训练大体可分为一般力量训练和专项力量训练,专项力量训练是指与专项技术动作有直接关系的力量练习,其目的是发展参与专项动作的肌肉的力量以及肌肉群协调用力的能力。本文力求主要针对发展运动员的专项力量的手段进行探讨,或将对于优化力量素质的训练过程,提高训练效果和运动成绩具有重要的意义。
The strength and quality of athletes is one of the decisive factors that affect their performance. Having better strength and quality is an important basis for athletes to create excellent results. Strength training generally can be divided into general strength training and special strength training. Special strength training refers to the strength exercises that are directly related to special technical movements.
