企业转型过程中不可避免地产生诸多问题,如历史遗留问题显现,任务量严重不足,各类人员流失严重等。加之,目前全球经济持续低迷,国内增速有所放缓的情势下,切实对经营效益不佳的企业实体经济造成了巨大的冲击。从而导致企业发展与职工管理问题更加凸显、迫切,工会工作的责任更加艰巨,怎样才能实现转型时期企业稳步改革与职工队伍稳定,主要要做好以下几方面的工作。
In the process of enterprise transformation, many problems inevitably arise, such as the problems left over by history, the serious shortage of tasks and the serious loss of various kinds of personnel.
