建了砂尘冲蚀试验系统,采用粒子成像测速方法获得了气体压力和砂尘速度之间的关系,并在砂尘质量浓度为28.91g/m3,速度为80m/s,冲蚀角度为30°的条件下,对TC4钛合金和多层TiN/Ti涂层进行了冲蚀试验.结果表明:TC4钛合金抗冲蚀损伤能力较差,平均质量损失率达0.7mg/min.多层TiN/Ti涂层可承受砂尘冲蚀200min以上,且TiN/Ti调制比为1∶3涂层的抗冲蚀能力优于调制比为1∶1的涂层.砂尘粒子垂直冲击速度分量引起的微区剥落是涂层冲蚀损伤的主要原因,增加多层涂层韧性是提高其抗冲蚀性能的关键.
The sand and dust erosion test system was built. The relationship between gas pressure and sand dust velocity was obtained by particle image velocimetry.
