设计了一种基于PLC的播量控制装置,通过建立拖拉机行进速度与步进电机转速之间的随动模型,实现了利用拖拉机的行进速度控制步进电机的转速,进而达到控制播种机播量的目的。分析了控制系统的构成,通过软件编写实现了对播种机的播量、拖拉机行进速度、步进电机的转速和播种机行进距离等参数设定和实时显示。试验结果表明,该系统运行时各排种管之间的变异系数不超过2.93%,播量总体误差率不超过3%,较好地实现相对于传统播种方式的精量播种控制。
A sowing control device based on PLC is designed. By establishing follow-up model between the tractor traveling speed and the stepping motor speed, the speed of stepping motor is controlled by the tractor’s traveling speed so as to control the sowing rate the goal of. The composition of the control system is analyzed. The parameters of sowing machine sowing speed, tractor traveling speed, stepper motor speed and sowing machine traveling distance and so on are set up and displayed in real time by software. The test results show that the coefficient of variation between the rows of tubes does not exceed 2.93% and the overall error rate of sowing does not exceed 3% during the operation of the system, and the precision sowing control relative to the traditional sowing method is well achieved.
