加快的全球经济一体化进程,促使更多的企业追求在人力资源管理上与国际接轨,西方先进的管理理念与工具被大量引进,却忽视了传统的中国人文化背景、思想观念和思维方式与西方的差异,产生不了应有的效果。本文试在分析中国文化及人性上,融合西方科学、成熟的管理方法,找出适合中国文化背景的人力资源管理之道,解决企业中的管理文化冲突问题。
