南水北调工程规模宏大,建设周期长,且与铁路等倒虹吸斜交工程多,其中包括南水北调翁涧河渠道与新月铁路的倒虹吸斜交,因其对进口段部分管身存在占压现象,则倒虹吸施工应在新月铁路改线后进行。但要在铁路不改线、总干渠通水的情况下开展翁涧河倒虹吸施工,则必须分期完成。在本案,笔者便结合翁涧河倒虹吸施工工程,探析南水北调临铁路倒虹吸开挖施工及防护技术,以确保铁路安全、倒虹吸边坡开挖稳定的目的。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a large-scale construction project with a long construction period and a large number of inverted siphon projects such as railways. Including the inverted siphon of the Wengjianhe Channel of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the Crescent Moon Railway, Inverted siphon construction should be carried out in the Crescent Railway rerouting. However, it is necessary to carry out construction of Wengjianhe inverted siphon in the condition that the railway does not change its line and the main canal is open to water, it must be completed in phases. In this case, the author combined with the Wengjianhe inverted siphon construction project to probe into the construction of inverted siphon and the protection technology of the Provisional South-North Water Diversion Project in order to ensure the safety of the railway and stabilize the siphon slope.
