水泥-砂瓦生产线水泥-砂瓦是一种最便宜和低能耗量的屋顶材料,制备工艺利用各地都有的常见的石英砂和波特兰水泥,利用矿物颜料(氧化铬、红铅粉)保持传统的色彩或者采用新的诱人的颜色。俄方提供小尺寸的成套设备,年生产水泥-砂槽瓦6万平方米屋顶板。全套设备包括:混凝土混合机、箕斗卷扬机、带式进料机。作为生产线关键部分用于成型瓦的Y-145机床,全套铝制底盘3150个。生产线用电功率13.5千瓦,必需的生产场地240m~2,装置工人3人,瓦的尺寸420×330×12mm,重量每个4.3千克,每平方米屋顶需用9.4个,每小时生产500个,每一平方米屋顶大约消耗原料:砂40～45kg,水泥9～12kg,水10～12升。运送至中俄边境一套设备价格为96000美元,安装和生产调试费用在外。提供以上设备和建筑材料付款形式在合同谈判过程中确定。可以易货贸易形式提供。
Cement-sand tile production line Cement-sand tile is one of the cheapest and low energy consumption roofing materials. The preparation process utilizes the common quartz sand and Portland cement that are used everywhere and utilizes mineral pigments (chrome oxide, red lead powder). Maintain traditional colors or use new, attractive colors. The Russian company provides small-sized complete sets of equipment and will produce 60,000 square meters of roofing plates for cement-sanding tiles. A full set of equipment includes: concrete mixer, bucket winch, belt feeder. As a key part of the production line, the Y-145 machine tool for forming tiles has a total of 3,150 aluminum chassis. The production line has an electric power of 13.5 kilowatts, a necessary production site of 240m~2, three installation workers, a tile size of 420 x 330 x 12mm, a weight of 4.3 kilograms each, a roof of 9.4 square meters per square meter, and an output of 500 per hour.
