对15MnTi钢焊缝进行了不同温度的回火处理并进行了组织观察、硬度、拉伸及冲击试验。结果表明:使用JH-J506焊条焊接后,焊缝组织为贝氏体+碳化物+残余奥氏体;经240℃回火处理后,由于回复作用使韧性增加,屈服强度略微下降;随回火温度升高,焊缝金属硬度增加,屈服强度下降,这是由固溶强化作用减弱引起的。同时,随回火温度升高,组织粗化以及碳化物大量析出,导致脆化,因此经650℃回火处理后,焊缝金属韧性大幅下降。
The 15MnTi steel weld was tempered at different temperatures and the microstructure, hardness, tensile and impact tests were carried out. The results show that the weld microstructure is bainite + carbides + retained austenite after welding with JH-J506 electrode; after the tempering at 240 ℃, the toughness increases slightly and the yield strength slightly decreases due to the recovery effect; As the temperature increases, the weld metal hardness increases and the yield strength decreases, which is caused by the weakening of the solution strengthening effect. At the same time, with the tempering temperature, the organization coarse and a large number of precipitation of carbides, leading to embrittlement, so after tempering at 650 ℃, the toughness of the weld metal decreased significantly.
