目的了解江西地区蔬菜中21种农药残留情况。方法 2013年5月及9月随机抽样调查全省9个市县各大农贸市场和超市中的蔬菜,采用GCMS法对8类蔬菜中21种农药残留量进行测定。结果共采集蔬菜样品300份,其中5月份采集150份,农药检出率为15.3%,超标率为2.0%;9月份采集150份,农药检出率为86.7%,超标率为11.3%。超标率最高的为绿叶菜类,超标农药前三位的是水胺硫磷、三氟氯氰菊酯和毒死蜱以及甲胺磷和克百威。结论江西地区蔬菜中农药使用率偏高,尤其是9月份,需采取正确的措施加以控制。
Objective To understand the 21 kinds of pesticide residues in vegetables in Jiangxi Province. Methods In May and September 2013, samples from vegetables, vegetable farms and supermarkets of 9 cities and counties in the province were randomly sampled to determine the residues of 21 pesticides in 8 types of vegetables by GCMS. Results A total of 300 samples of vegetables were collected, of which 150 were collected in May. The detection rate of pesticides was 15.3% and the exceeding standard rate was 2.0%. In September, 150 samples were collected. The detection rate of pesticides was 86.7% and the exceeding standard rate was 11.3%. The highest rate of exceeding the green leafy vegetables, pesticides exceeded the top three are isocarbophos, cyhalothrin and chlorpyrifos and methamidophos and carbofuran. Conclusion The use rate of pesticides in vegetables in Jiangxi Province is high, especially in September, and the correct measures need to be taken to control it.
