近几年在从事在用压力容器定期检验中,笔者发现数起压力容器接管(凸缘)与壳体连接的全熔透焊缝存在严重表面裂纹的检验实例。现介绍于后,并进行分析,以引起重视。 (1)液氨汽车罐车罐体气相管凸缘表面裂纹。该罐体设计压力2.2MPa,设计温度50℃,容积5m~3,简体壁厚12mm,材质16MnR,在投入使用一年后,经磁粉探伤发现:气相管凸缘与简体相连的内表面焊缝有长40mm表面裂纹,打磨8mm后焊缝上露出中间未焊透形成的沟槽,用0.5mm的钢丝能在沟槽中旋转。显然焊缝内部存在严重的中间未焊透缺陷。局部结构示意图见图1。
