Dear Mr. Potter,
As you know, the Chinese Textiles Exhibition will be held at the National Exhibition Centre, London, from October 18th-28th and, should you or one of your colleagues wish to visit this interesting event, perhaps you will be kind enough to let me know and I will arrange to send you ticket.
While I will not have an office at the centre throughout the exhibition period, if you would be kind enough to let me know in advance the date and appoximate time of any intended visit, I will make arrangements to be on hand to receive you.
