笔者针对16V240ZJ型柴油机燃油喷射系统的卸载方式设计了多种试验方案,在油泵试验台上按机车牵引特性工况进行了大量的试验和探索,并应用燃油喷射系统的综合计算程序进行了大量的模拟计算和优选分析。研究指出:①普通的上置式等容卸载出油阀具有很多优越性,在16V240ZJ型柴油机燃油喷射系统取消缝隙滤清器以后,在装车功率3600马力以下,具有良好的卸载性能;②为适应柴油机高强化低油耗的要求,缓冲卸载出油阀和等压卸载出油阀能够适应燃油喷射系统向高压喷射方向发展的形势,能够满足卸载性能的要求。
Aiming at the unloading ways of 16V240ZJ diesel fuel injection system, the author designed a variety of test schemes. A large number of tests and explorations were made on the test bench of locomotive according to locomotive traction characteristics. A large number of tests were carried out using the integrated calculation program of fuel injection system Simulation and optimization analysis. The research shows that: ① The common upper unloading and discharge valve has many advantages. After removing the gap filter in 16V240ZJ diesel fuel injection system, it has good unloading performance under the loading power of 3600 horsepower; The requirement of high strength and low fuel consumption of diesel engine, the cushioning unloading valve and the equal pressure unloading valve can adapt to the situation that the fuel injection system develops to the high pressure injection direction, and can meet the requirements of unloading performance.
