本文从保证铁路运送货物的质量和完整性出发,分析了不同品类货物对货车车种选择的依据,计算了车种别货物的运输成本和货车投资数量,比较了铁路运输的经济效果和社会经济效果。在此基础上,进一步分析了车种构成与运量构成的关系,车种构成与车种代用的关系,车种构成与货车运用指标的关系,以及运用车和非运用车应占的比重等。最后,根据对1990年和2000年货运量预测,结合我国货车现状,考虑我国货车的生产能力和可能达到的水平,确定我国铁路近远期货车车种构成的比例是:棚车(包括水泥、粮食等专用车)24%,敞车(包括煤炭等专用车)59~62%,平车3~4%,罐车6~9%,保温车1.5~2.5%,其他专用车2%左右。
Based on the assurance of the quality and completeness of the goods transported by railway, this paper analyzes the basis of different types of goods for the choice of truck type, calculates the transportation cost and the number of truck investment, and compares the economic effect and social economy of railway transportation effect.
