力学性能是推进剂在固体发动机中应用的重要参数之一,为有效提高溶剂压伸复合改性双基(CMDB)推进剂力学性能,研究了吸收药种类、溶剂比、增强材料、黏合剂相对分子质量等对推进剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,吸收药种类对推进剂低温力学性能影响较大,溶剂比对推进剂力学性能影响不明显,加入增强材料后CMDB推进剂-40℃冲击强度可达4.06 kJ/m2。
Mechanical properties are one of the most important parameters for the application of propellants in solid-state engines. In order to effectively improve the mechanical properties of CMDB propellants, the effects of different types of absorbent, solvent ratio, reinforcing materials and adhesives Molecular weight and other factors on the mechanical properties of propellants. The results showed that the absorption drug species had a great influence on the low temperature mechanical properties of propellants, and the solvent ratio had no obvious effect on the mechanical properties of the propellants.
