上海港和宁波港存在着交叉货源腹地,两港都制定了宏大的集装箱吞吐量目标,为了争取箱源,两港都采取了价格竞争为主的竞争策略。本文分析了两港倾向于价格竞争手段的治理结构方面的成因,以及价格竞争给国有资产带来的隐性的流失。
Both Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port have cross-supply hinterland. Both ports have set ambitious targets for container throughput. In order to secure a container source, both ports have adopted price competition-based competitive strategies. This paper analyzes the causes of the governance structure of the two ports that are prone to price competition and the implicit loss brought by price competition to state-owned assets.
