欧洲规范包含了铝合金建筑和结构设计内容。根据欧洲规范9设计的部分铝合金结构容易出现疲劳。除搅拌摩擦焊以外,欧洲规范9包含了铝合金和焊接结构的常规焊接方法(熔焊)的数据。将搅拌摩擦焊接节点的试验结果与欧洲规范9给出的常规熔焊焊接节点的疲劳曲线进行对比发现,规范给出的结果与试验结果和数值计算结果均相符。这表明欧洲规范9可用于评估搅拌摩擦焊接节点的疲劳强度。
European norms include aluminum construction and structural design content. Part of the aluminum alloy structure designed according to European norm 9 is prone to fatigue. In addition to friction stir welding, Eurocode 9 contains data on conventional welding methods (fusion welding) of aluminum alloys and welded structures. The experimental results of friction stir welded joints are compared with the fatigue curves of conventional welded welded joints given in European Specification 9, and the results given in the codes agree well with the experimental and numerical results. This shows that European Standard 9 can be used to evaluate the fatigue strength of friction stir welded joints.
