Traditional technological concepts have analyzed technology in terms of both its means and its purpose, and regard it as a means of achieving its external ends. Heidegger and Bauerman broke this understanding from the metaphysical and empirical levels in the context of modern technology. The former believes that technology is a solution to the world. The latter, while inheriting Heidegger’s thought, draws on the rational components of the traditional technical concept and holds that technology (artefact) is a composite of means and ends. On the other hand, the differences in ontology of this technique became the fork of their thinking. From then on, Bauerman embarked on a different path from Heidegger’s philosophy of technical philosophy.
