由于航空发动机的工作环境复杂,性能参数测量值中夹杂的工况信息和测量误差会对发动机的性能衰退率计算产生较大的影响。为了弱化工况信息和测量误差对航空发动机性能衰退率计算的影响,本文首先运用多层小波分解与重构的方法对原始性能参数进行了趋势分量的提取,进而运用线性回归的方法对航空发动机的性能衰退率进行了计算。经过实际运维数据的验证,本文提出的航空发动机性能衰退率计算方法能够为实际工程应用提供理论支持。
Due to the complicated working environment of aeroengine, the information of working condition and measurement error in the measurement of performance parameters will have a great influence on the calculation of engine performance degradation rate. In order to weaken the influence of working condition information and measurement error on the calculation of aeroengine performance degradation rate, this paper firstly extracts the trend components of the original performance parameters by using the multi-layer wavelet decomposition and reconstruction method, and then uses the linear regression method to test the aeroengine The performance degradation rate was calculated. After the verification of actual operation and maintenance data, the calculation method of aeroengine performance degradation rate proposed in this paper can provide theoretical support for practical engineering application.
