分析了8个核技术诱变育成的新品种及3个原品种的17种氨基酸含量,结果如下:1.8个新品种与原品种相比,氨基酸含量增减的幅度分别为-6.44%-+137.5%;+7.92%-+59.9%;-4.06%-+39.32%。 2.以射线诱变广陆矮4号育成的闽辐5号、其赖氨酸含量、7种必需氨基酸总量、5种半必需氨基酸总量都居11份材料之首。作者认为:①、核技术是改良水稻蛋白质品质的有效手段。②、诱变必需和半必需氨基酸含量较高的材料,获得更高含量的突变体的可能性较大。
The results showed that there were 17 kinds of amino acids in the new breed induced by 8 nuclear techniques and the three original breeds. The results showed that compared with the original breeds, the increase and decrease of amino acid content of the 1.8 new breeds were -6.44% - + 137.5 %; + 7.92% - + 59.9%; - 4.06% - + 39.32%. 2. Radiation mutagenesis Guanglong dwarf No. 4 bred Fujian Min-5, its lysine content, total 7 kinds of essential amino acids, 5 kinds of semi-essential amino acids are the total amount of 11 materials. The author thinks: ①, nuclear technology is an effective means to improve the quality of rice protein. ②, Mutagenesis and semi-essential amino acid content of higher material, the possibility of obtaining higher levels of mutants.
