血清血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)是将血管紧张素Ⅰ转换为具有强烈升压作用的血管紧张素Ⅱ的转换酶。该酶主要存在于血管内皮细胞,其中以肺含量为最多。为此,作者对肺癌患者作了ACE测定和研究。作者共收集30例肺癌患者,男性22例,女性8例。年龄41~86岁(平均64.3岁)。诊断是依据于淋巴结活检,支气管镜下活检,刷子细胞学检查及痰脱落细胞检查。血清ACE活性的测定。是全部病例清晨空腹静脉取血,按Lieberman改良法测定。结果:(1)60岁以上组血清ACE活性平均值;正常组为24.0±5.5u/ml(7例),肺癌组为18.8
Serum angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) is a converting enzyme that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II with a strong pressure-raising effect. The enzyme mainly exists in vascular endothelial cells, of which the lung content is the most. To this end, the authors performed ACE assays and studies on lung cancer patients. The authors collected 30 patients with lung cancer, including 22 males and 8 females. Age 41 to 86 years old (average 64.3 years old). The diagnosis was based on lymph node biopsy, bronchoscopic biopsy, brush cytology, and sputum cytology. Determination of serum ACE activity. All cases were fasted intravenously in the morning and measured according to the modified Lieberman method. Results: (1) The average serum ACE activity in the 60-year-old group was 24.0±5.5u/ml (7 cases) in the normal group and 18.8 in the lung cancer group.
