铁路货车心盘磨耗盘的端面扭动摩擦学行为严重制约铁路货车运行的可靠性。为了研究心盘磨耗盘端面扭动摩擦学行为,研制了一种端面扭动摩擦磨损疲劳试验装置。利用该疲劳试验装置,可以模拟心盘磨耗盘的运行工况,如所受正压力、扭动角位移和速度、环境条件(温度、湿度)。初步试验表明,该试验装置能够测出所需数据,满足试验要求。该试验装置对研究心盘磨耗盘的磨损机理和评价其摩擦学性能具有一定的工程应用价值。
The wobbling and tribology behavior of the end face of railroad car wear disc severely restricts the reliability of railway wagon operation. In order to study the wobbled tribological behavior of the disc at the end face, a kind of fatigue test device with torsional friction and wear on the end surface was developed. The fatigue test device can simulate the operating conditions of the disk wear plate, such as positive pressure, angular displacement and speed of twist, environmental conditions (temperature and humidity). Preliminary tests show that the test device can measure the required data to meet the test requirements. The experimental device has certain engineering application value for studying the wear mechanism of the heart plate wear disc and evaluating its tribological performance.
