采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面预涂一层Co离子TiO2薄膜。研究了Co离子掺杂对样品相结构、晶粒尺寸和光催化降解亚甲基蓝活性的影响。实验结果表明,钴的掺杂对二氧化钛的相变有很大的抑制作用,并使其光谱响应范围向可见光区拓展。与未掺杂的二氧化钛相比较,经钴掺杂的二氧化钛具有更高的催化性能。
The glass surface was precoated with a Co-ion TiO2 film by sol-gel method. The effects of Co ion doping on the phase structure, grain size and photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated. The experimental results show that the doping of cobalt greatly inhibits the phase transition of titania and extends its spectral response range to the visible region. Compared with undoped titanium dioxide, cobalt-doped titanium dioxide has higher catalytic performance.
