在遗传上有缺陷的动物,具有能够近似地模拟人类某些疾病的特性。因此,常被作为研究人类疾病的动物模型。其中T细胞缺陷的裸小鼠在国内外最常用,特别是在肿瘤研究中应用更为有效。为推广扩大该实验动物在我省的应用,我们本着投资少,见效快的方针,建立了小规模的饲养繁殖体系。保种及生产繁殖的裸小鼠饲养在隔离器中,实验用裸小鼠饲养在层流架中带滤帽的笼盒内。着重抓好环境控制,消毒灭菌,营养和人员素质等关键环节,取得了裸小鼠在我单位的首次繁育成功,并应用于食管癌移植瘤模型的建立等研究。
Genetically defective animals have characteristics that can simulate certain diseases in humans. Therefore, it is often used as an animal model to study human diseases. One of the most common T cell deficient mice at home and abroad, especially in cancer research more effective.
