概述了喷射成形技术的国内外研究进展及其在高速钢中的应用优势和挑战,展望了喷射成形技术的发展方向。采用喷射成形技术制备了9V高钒高速钢,获得了均匀细小的等轴晶粒组织,解决了高速钢生产中易出现的成分偏析、组织不均匀和网状碳化物等问题。材料经热等静压处理后致密度提高到99.4%,组织更加均匀,有利于获得优异的力学性能。该技术制备流程短,可作为高合金化钢的高效、低成本的生产工艺。
The research progress of injection forming technology at home and abroad and its application advantages and challenges in high speed steel are summarized. The developing direction of the spray forming technology is also forecasted. The 9V high vanadium high speed steel was prepared by spray forming technology, and uniform and fine equiaxed grains were obtained. The problems such as segregation of composition, uneven microstructure and reticular carbides easily appeared in high speed steel production were solved. After the material is processed by hot isostatic pressing, the density is increased to 99.4%, and the structure is more uniform, which is favorable for obtaining excellent mechanical properties. The technology preparation process is short, high-alloy steel can be used as an efficient, low-cost production process.
