近年来,随着山西省煤炭资源大规模整合的结束,作为山西经济发展的基础性能源,煤炭资源及相关产业的后续发展,依然是实现山西总体效益提升的重要因素。因此,山西煤炭工业、企业仍肩负着保证山西煤炭能源产业可持续发展的重任。企业人才的发展已成为影响企业可持续发展的重要因素之一。完善煤炭企业内部的人员培训系统,建立企业人员可持续发展管理体系,建立全面的人员引入机制,对实现山西煤炭企业的长远发展及全省总体经济实力的提升均具有重要意义。
In recent years, with the completion of the large-scale integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province, as the basic energy for Shanxi’s economic development and the subsequent development of coal resources and related industries, it is still an important factor to realize the overall efficiency improvement of Shanxi.
