研究了电渣重熔过程中CrNiMoV钢中镁含量的控制技术.结果表明:最佳的渣系(质量分数)为62%CaF210%Al2O3-12%CaO-16%MgO;脱氧剂加入量为1kg钢加入1.5gCasi;采用较高镁含量的电极和较高的重熔电流有助于获得设计镁含量的重熔锭.
The control technology of magnesium content in CrNiMoV steel during electroslag remelting process was studied.The results show that the best slag system (mass fraction) is 62% CaF210% Al2O3-12% CaO-16% MgO; the deoxidizer dosage is 1kg Steel is added with 1.5gCasi; electrodes with higher magnesium content and higher remelting current help to obtain remelted ingots with designed magnesium content.
