本研究利用生物信息学软件对何首乌芪合酶的理化性质、亲水性/疏水性、跨膜结构域、二级结构进行分析,对其空间结构进行同源建模。何首乌芪合酶与其他九个物种的聚酮合酶进行系统进化分析。结果表明何首乌芪合酶是一种亲水、非跨膜的稳定蛋白,二级结构以α螺旋、和无规则卷曲为主。聚酮合酶类的保守性较强,何首乌与虎杖的亲缘关系最近。
In this study, the bioinformatics software was used to analyze the physicochemical properties, hydrophilicity / hydrophobicity, transmembrane domain and secondary structure of stilbene synthase. The spatial structure was homologously modeled. Systematic evolution analysis of Polyketide synthase from Radix Polygoni Multiflori with nine other species. The results show that the Polygonum multiflorum sliver enzyme is a hydrophilic, non-transmembrane stable protein, secondary structure α-helix, and random curl-based. Polyketides are highly conserved, polygonum and Polygonum cuspidatum recent genetic relationship.
