1997-10 Nishizawa et al发表了第一篇关于人类肝炎相关DNA病毒基因,暂命名为输血传播病毒(transfusion transmitted virus,TTV)的论文,周育森et al在国内首先测定了中国人TTV部分基因克隆序列,迄今国内少数实验室也相继开展了TTV感染的分子流行病学、临床和实验研究。初步研究结果表明,TTV感染同输血或血液制品密切相关,可能是导致肝功长期损害ALT异常又一重要致病因子,为探讨山东地区TTV感染存在和基因变异的情况及TTV在人类肝炎中作用和地位。我们以套式聚合酶链反应(nested-PCR)法,对输血后丙型肝炎和非甲~庚型肝炎患者进行TTV检测,并对部分病例进行序列分析,现将结果报告如下。
