本文对应用自动调节式吹气测量的新技术而研制成功的船舶液位——吃水自动测量器及其系统之结构、原理、性能和试验情况进行分析与论述。 全套仪器系由液位变送器、气动色带式液位(吃水)指示器和控制阀组成。它们具有结构简单、紧凑、性能可靠、尤其防爆、防振,受外界环境影响小,易于安装和维修保养以及经济性好等特点;此外液位变送器可同时输出显示液位的气压和电压讯号以满足巡回检测或自动控制的需要。 文中还对本仪器的种种应用进行扼要的阐述,如船用或陆用油、水或腐蚀性、粘滞性液体舱柜的液位或容积的测量;船舶吃水、倾斜和载重量的测量;船体挠度变形的测量;水下工作机械或器具的水下位置(深度)的指示等。
This paper analyzes and discusses the structure, principle, performance and test conditions of the automatic water level measuring-automatic draft measuring device and its system, which is developed by the application of the new technology of automatic adjustable air blowing measurement.
