从当前美术专业的教学情况看,在这方面还缺少一个教师教学行为规范,对学生在学习过程中所学专业的成绩,由任课教师来打分,不能体现学生在学习过程中所完成的作业水平,带有教师个人偏好和局限的观点,为了能对学生专业成绩的评定达到规范,就要有一个规范的制约文件,建立美术专业教学行为规范的制度并使用到专业课的评价中去。这样的行为规范建立能更好会更有力地支支持教学质量监控,从而更好地落实国家对培养美术人才和服务地方的宗旨。
Judging from the current teaching situation of art major, there is still a lack of a code of conduct for teachers’ teaching in this respect. Students can score their major in the learning process by their teachers and can not reflect the level of work done by students in the learning process , With personal preferences and limitations of teachers point of view, in order to be able to assess the professional achievement of students to achieve norms, there must be a standardized control documents, the establishment of professional standards of art teaching and use of professional evaluation system to go. Such a code of conduct will be better able to support the monitoring of teaching quality better so as to better implement the state’s purpose of cultivating fine art talents and serving localities.
