将长耳白兔视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPE)悬液植入到青紫蓝兔视网膜下腔,然后移植细胞的结构及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性恢复过程进行了动态观察分析,包括用直接检眼镜、透射电镜、酶组织化学及计算机图像分析系统等方法与手段。结果:移植细胞的超微结构及毗邻关系在术后第14d恢复正常,ACP酶的活性在术后第3d开始恢复,第7d恢复加速,第21d恢复正常。提示:移植的RPE细胞能够成活,其结构的恢复先于功能恢复,并能代替原位细胞执行生理功能。
The length of retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE) suspension was implanted into the subretinal space of the blue-purple rabbits. The structure of the transplanted cells and the recovery process of acid phosphatase (ACP) activity were dynamically observed and analyzed. Glasses, transmission electron microscopy, enzyme histochemistry and computer image analysis systems and other methods and means. Results: The ultrastructure and adjacent relationship of transplanted cells returned to normal on the 14th day after operation. The activity of ACPase began to recover on the 3rd day after the operation, accelerated on the 7th day and returned to normal on the 21st day. Tip: Transplanted RPE cells can survive, the structural recovery precedes the functional recovery, and can replace the in situ cells to perform physiological functions.
