近年来,我国的市场体制逐渐发生变化,企业的竞争已经逐渐转向人才竞争。火力发电企业因为工作性质的属性,对人才的要求较高,这就需要建立完善的招聘管理体系,从而严把人员入口关,保证招聘人才的质量。本文对火电厂招聘管理评价体系进行了简单的分析,希望能够为火电厂整体招聘管理水平的提升具有一定的促进作用。
