为了降低能耗,节油能源,提出了通过改变机车司机的行车操纵方式降低机车能耗的方法。以DF7G内燃机车为研究对象,采用系统辨识的方法建立内燃机的电传动模型,探讨了不同操纵方式对内燃机车运行距离、运行时间及燃油消耗的影响,并对列车运行过程的运行时间、运行距离和油耗进行了仿真。最后,采用Power-Builder软件建立了内燃机优化操纵评测系统,实现了内燃机车以不同操纵方式运行时,整个运行过程的运行特性分析及操纵方法比较。通过该系统可知,采用惰性的方式,并且尽量减少机车的不必要制动可以大大降低燃油消耗,从而规范司机操纵机车的方式,达到节约能源的目的。
In order to reduce energy consumption and save energy, a method of reducing locomotive energy consumption by changing the locomotive driver’s driving maneuvers is proposed. Taking DF7G diesel locomotive as the research object, the system identification method was used to establish the electric drive model of the internal combustion engine. The influences of different operation modes on the running distance, running time and fuel consumption of the diesel locomotive were discussed. The running time, running distance And fuel consumption were simulated. Finally, Power-Builder software is used to establish the evaluation system of internal combustion engine optimization operation, which realizes the operation characteristics analysis and comparison of operation method of the whole operation process when the diesel locomotive operates under different operation modes. Through this system, it can be seen that using an inert way and minimizing unnecessary braking of a locomotive can greatly reduce fuel consumption, so as to standardize the way a driver controls a locomotive and achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
